Usage Recommendations:  

Adults: 4 tablets per day  

Children (2 to 10 years old): 1 to 3 tablets per day (can be easily crushed)  

"Aromatic Flash": At the first signs of a cold, take 6 to 8 tablets, repeat after 2 hours.
