Massage Instructions:

Before a meal, start by massaging the neck and shoulders.

If possible, extend the massage down the back, using your thumbs to apply gentle pressure along the spine, moving downward and then back up without losing contact.

Do not forget to massage the solar plexus area (below the sternum) in a clockwise motion.

Then, move to the feet, massaging from the base of the toes to the heel.

Gently glide your thumbs over the top of the foot without applying too much pressure.

Massage each toe individually, paying special attention to the big toe, which is a reflex point for the brain.
